The aim of the Bulgarian National Committee of ICOMOS, in accordance with the Charter of the International organization, is to assist in the investigation, preservation and enhancement of the values of the cultural heritage: monuments of culture, historical areas, towns, ensembles and sites, as well as in the use and promotion of the heritage.
